Established Local Company is seeking a Sales Representative/Business Account Manager. Ideal
candidates for this role will have a track record of success with Business to Business Sales Growth and
the ability to maintain, strengthen and foster great long term relationships.
Job Duties Include but are not completely limited to:
Lead Development by mining available resources and utilizing provided tools for potential
customers.
Expand the company’s existing book of business, build revenue in existing sectors and drive into
other markets we are not currently in.
Managing an existing book of long term relationships.
Responding to RFQs & written and verbal request for product information and materials.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service as part of complete team taking care of the company’s
large customer base.
Wide utilization of multiline internet based phone system, incoming and outgoing call duties.
Identify and Target markets for further growth with the Transportation Industry in North
America.
Intermittent Travel expected across the United States and Canada (Mexico Possible).
Function as the Face of our company to your customers and convey enthusiasm, ideas and
knowledge with a great attitude & confidence.

Ideal Applicant would have:
3-5 years Business to Business Customer Service Experience.
3-5 Years Business to Business Sales Experience.
3-5 Years Sales Experience of Higher End items such as Vehicles or Insurance (not retail sales).
Positive Attitude and Enjoy Working around Others, but have a successful history of self-
motivation.
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Additional Education Not Required but is a Plus)
Valid Driver’s License & Insurance
Be able to pass a Drug & Background Screen.
Schedule, Benefits and Structure:
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm Schedule. Travel will effect this schedule and may
include weekends.
Paid Vacations and Holidays after probationary period of 3 months.

understand basic mechanical automobile information. On the job training provided. Enjoy a Monday
through Friday Schedule with weekends off. 8am to 4:30pm.

Detail oriented data entry for order placement and tracking.
Email correspondence business to business in a professional setting.
Respond to requests for parts information and pricing for existing customers and retail
customers/end users.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service as part of complete team taking care of the company’s
large customer base.
Wide utilization of multiline internet based phone system, incoming and outgoing call duties.
Recommending parts and products for business customers, retail customers and end user calls.
Administrative tasks for the Sales Team and the National Sales Manager.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with our customers throughout the day and during busy
times and challenges.

Ideal Applicant would have:
1-3 years Customer Service Experience.
Basic knowledge or aptitude for automobile products.
Computer literate with ability to use Microsoft Software, Internet, Excel and learning a new
operating system easily and with care.

motivation.
Individual takes pride in what they do and leaves no stone unturned when problem solving.
